The original CAD models of their reactor could not be shared with us due to ITAR restrictions. We visited Helions facility to take reference images of the reactor to create a digital double.
The final model used colors to match Helion’s brand guidelines. The final designs were handed over in a variety of file formats for internal use.

Once the model was completed we began the difficult process of visualizing nuclear fusion. We strove to produce scientifically accurate yet visually appealing animations that helped communicate how Helion’s technology works. Taking inspiration from scientifically accurate, we used a combination of simulation and manual animation techniques.
