Our story started back in 2013 with the launch of the Real Engineering YouTube channel, founded by Brian McManus. Over the years, the channel has grown to become one of the most recognized science communication channels. One of the assets that sets the channel apart is the high level of attention to animation. With the increasing demand in the industry for visuals, we branched off our visual team into Throttle Media.

At Throttle, we focus on making complex topics more accessible to a larger audience. There's often a gap between technical communication and making it visually appealing. We bridge that gap by leveraging our knowledge as engineers and designers, backed up by years of experience in science communication.
